Class Level Explanations

  • These classes do not have a separation by skill level. All are welcome to join!

  • The classes are going to focus on fundamental level material.

  • The material we will cover ranges from fundamentals to advanced and everything in between. We welcome beginners to take the class, but please be aware that some of the material might be a little harder to grasp than in our Fundamentals classes.

  • Members must be at an intermediate level or higher to join. Typically, 6 or more months of training. See a coach if you're unsure.

  • These classes are reserved for more experienced athletes and require the coach's permission to join.

  • The classes are for kids ages 5 - 12 only.

  • These classes are for young athletes ages 12-19 only
