Coaches Ashley and Jeremy Ramsey have created a process that teaches you fitness skills, while also introducing new and creative methods designed to have practical use in your everyday life. Our goal is to help you realize that health and fitness can be fun, but that it is a lifestyle change not a short term goal.
F.I.T. Method offers a wide range of options for your personal destination, including: one-on-one personal training, small group training, nutritional guidance, mind and body classes, pre/postnatal, cardio classes, and MMA fitness training.

Who are the F.I.T. Method coaches?
WNY MMA & Fitness is thrilled to welcome the F.I.T. Method and F.I.T. Kitchen founders Ashley and Jeremy Ramsey to our coaching team! Both Ashley and Jeremy are highly respected athletes and coaches who have dedicated their careers to helping others build healthy lifestyles and achieve their fitness and nutrition goals.
