All of our Fitness coaches are experienced competitive fighters. This means that, when you take Fitness classes at WNY Mixed Martial Arts & Fitness, you’re not only getting a killer workout – you’re also learning how to throw strikes properly. The experience level of our coaches and the quality of the training you receive puts our Fitness classes in a class of their own.
With 17 weekly fitness class options, plus four hours of open gym on Sundays, we work hard to help you work hard—when it’s convenient for you. Come in before work, after work, or on the weekends. Whenever you need us, we’ve got four amazing fitness coaches here to help you.
Every fitness class you take at WNY MMA & Fitness will be different from all the other classes you’ve taken. Our coaches are always giving you new combinations of HIIT, body weight exercises, strength training, cardio, and bag work. All exercises can be modified to give you the perfect challenge.
