Our Kickboxing classes combine the best techniques of Boxing, Karate, Muay Thai, and other standup styles. Kickboxing teaches you how to use your hands, feet, elbows and knees as striking weapons. Classes include warmups, stretching, the teaching and review of combos and other techniques, and challenging solo and partner drills. Classes are open to all skill levels and cater to your individual needs. Kickboxing is not only an effective fighting system and an essential part of MMA training, it will also help improve your cardiovascular fitness, strength, speed, endurance, and flexibility.

Participants will need hand wraps, boxing gloves, shin guards with instep protection, groin protection and a mouth peice.
