Our Cardio-Kick program focuses on cardiovascular conditioning through fun, fast paced group classes which will both help get you in shape and improve your striking technique. Incorporating Muay Thai elbow and knees, Karate kicks, and Boxing punches and footwork. Lose weight, increase stamina, and improve your overall health and well being with Cardio-Kick!

Participants will need boxing or MMA gloves, handwraps are optional.
Cardio-Kick Class Times:
Tuesday - 5:00pm-5:45pm
Thursday - 5:00pm-5:45pm
Saturday - 1:00pm-1:45pm
