You won’t find a more intense fitness class in Buffalo than at WNY Mixed Martial Arts and Fitness. A combination of martial arts, boxing and aerobics, this total body workout improves flexibility, strength, balance and coordination—all while providing a unique fitness regimen that is both challenging and fun.

During each class you can expect to make use of conventional heavy bags as well as training pads, free weights and the natural resistance provided by your own body weight. Exercises range from targeting upper body, lower body and core—so each class provides a true total body workout through both resistance training and cardiovascular exercise.

All skill levels welcome. Whether you are just getting started or have experience with kickboxing techniques, classes are designed to challenge participants on an individual basis.
